What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

1. Blogging

2. Exercise – a good PT session makes the endorphins run high

3. Meditation

4. A comfy bed (which I know I am very grateful to have)

5. Family/Friends – having good people in your corner to debrief with allows you to blah and move on
